Naomi Wolf Outlines the Ten Steps to Fascism
I first heard about these 10 steps via the 45-minute video of Naomi Wolf’s book tour lecture for her book, “The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot” (2007). I am including a couple shorter versions for those who are time-pressed, but to get the full impact, it is best to watch her full lecture.
Naomi was repeatedly urged by a friend who is the daughter of holocaust survivors to read about what had happened in Germany prior to the holocaust, and who during the early GW Bush years, kept telling Naomi, “They did this in Germany, they did this in Germany.” She finally handed Naomi a stack of books and demanded she read them.

After reading that first stack of books, Wolf dug deeper, and in studying the methods of these dictators, she found that there is a blueprint that every would-be despot uses to close down an open society.

- Lenin and Stalin ~ Russia in the 1920s and 1930s
- Ulbricht ~ East Germany in the 1950s
- Gottwald and Novotny ~ Czechoslovakia in the 1960s

- China cracking down on the democracy movement at the end of the 1980s
Shockingly, she also found that most of these steps were already underway in America, with implementation of the steps escalating following the events of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. This is why it is so critical to reveal the truth of the 9/11 events. The final steps towards Fascism in America are founded on those and other false flag events. George Carlin ~ You Have No Rights
George Carlin is onto something. Unlimited rights is a good place to start. Obviously, the right to life implies more than a right to air to breathe and water to drink. It also implies a right to food to eat and a place to live. The right to liberty implies a right to travel, which implies that no borders should thwart our movement. The right to liberty implies the right to nearly unlimited freedoms, short of harming other people. We are the only animals that pay to live on this planet, and we really shouldn’t have to pay to do so. Being forced to work to pay to do something that is necessary to survival is what we have defined as a Financial Slavery System.

1) Invoke a terrifying internal and external threat, real or falsified, and hype it.
- Stalin: Capitalist “Sleeper Cells” (fake threat);
- Pinochet: Armed insurgents (real threat, fake documents);
- GW Bush: Weapons of Mass Destruction (fake threat, fake documents); GW Bush: War on Terror (fake threat, staged false flag events, no documents).
- Obama continues to prosecute the “War on Terror” (fake threat, staged false flag events, no documents).
2) Create a network of secret prisons where torture takes place that is outside the rule of law, and establish military tribunals to bypass civil judiciary and strip citizens of due process.
Lenin started it; Mussolini: Confino; Hitler: People’s Court; Stalin.
Every society that has ever created a secret prison system with torture has eventually used that system against its own citizens (e.g., Bradley Manning). Just the existence of the prison system terrorizes the citizens into keeping quiet. The state can start to use terror against the individual in an effort to push back democracy. It starts by abusing people outside of mainstream society (Germany: Anarchists, Communists, Gypsies, Jews), then abuse spreads to mainstream journalists, editors, opposition leaders, labor leaders, and outspoken clergy.
3) Create a paramilitary force not answerable to the people.
Mussolini: Blackshirts; Hitler: Brownshirts; GWBush: Blackwater. This force can be sent to intimidate civilians.

Blackwater has close ties to White House and is already operating in USA: Patrolled New Orleans; Just got a Billion dollar contract for increased deployment in America in the event of a natural disaster or public emergency. Defense authorization act makes it easier for Bush to declare an emergency. Monsanto has now hired Blackwater to spy on protesters.
4) Create a surveillance apparatus aimed at ordinary citizens.
In East Germany everyone thought they had a Stazi file, so that inhibited all citizen discussion and protest, even though only 10% actually had a file. During the “Red Scare” in the 1950s there was a “Black List” that limited ability to get a job. Now people get put on the “No-fly list” or “extra-extensive search and pat-down list” and “terrorist watch list” for unknown reasons, and these and other oppressive measures can limit job opportunities.
Bush wants wholesale government monitoring of every American’s Internet activities:
Obama has gotten wholesale monitoring of every Verizon customer’s telephone calls.
Former NSA official and whistleblower William Binney reports all internet activity is stored in a massive data center in Utah.
Whistleblower Edward Snowden reports all major websites are monitored by NSA, FBI, CIA, DEA, etc.
Google and other companies with search engines are harvesting your data for sale to the highest bidder.
Obama Demands to Open Packages, Targets FedEx and UPS
5) Arbitrarily detain and release citizens.
Transportation Authority (TSA) random searches at airports.
Occupy Wall Street Protesters detained and later released without charge, or with trumped-up charges.
6) Infiltrate citizens’ groups.

ACLU has lawsuits against infiltration of environmental groups, anti-war groups, etc.
Breaks down citizens’ trust of each other, limits their ability to work together effectively.
7) Target key individuals.

9) Recast Criticism as Espionage and Dissent as Treason.
Hillary Clinton called a traitor for criticizing the deployment of the war.
10) Subvert the rule of law, or simply declare martial law.
The run-up to an election is an unstable time, and large assemblies can be infiltrated by Agents Provocateur to give government an excuse for a crackdown.

This info was originally collected back in 2008 and needs to be checked and updated. I need to follow up on which of these bills passed and which failed, but just the fact that they were proposed and moved through committee is an indicator that we need to do something.
H.R. 1955/S. 1959 Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act
Sponsored by Jane Harman, D-CA
This bill passed the House and was being considered in the Senate. Here is a line from the text of the proposed law:
“The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States Citizens.”

Please especially check out this Open Letter to Rep. Jane Harman, author of the bill. This letter makes it apparent that one of the targets of the legislation (in addition to Jihadist Muslim organizations) is websites espousing “conspiracy theories” about the evidence for controlled demolition of the World Trade Center buildings. The problem is, the legislation is worded so vaguely that it can be applied to any organization voicing dissenting opinions.

Reversing and Eliminating Fascism
History shows that it’s not enough to impeach criminals and murderers. We have to put them behind bars. We have to hold Truth and Reconciliation hearings for all Cabal leaders.
Ordinary people must take leadership roles to reclaim our sovereignty and our freedom.

Reversing the Ten Steps To Fascism
1) Revoke the terrifying internal and external threat.
End the Global War on Terror
Stop Cabal funding of mercenaries and Al-CIA-da and other “freedom fighters” positioned to foment unrest.
End the Lie of any Axis of Evil: Only the Elites want to fight wars. The people of this planet just want to live in peace.
Reveal that governments and countries have been created to control land and resources, and we no longer need them.
Abolish travel restrictions at all border crossings, as a first step towards abolishing borders entirely.
2) Close all secret prisons, end torture, release political prisoners, restore Habeus Corpus and due process, and abolish military tribunal systems of law that bypass civil judicial systems.
Close Guantanamo and all other detention and torture facilities.
3) Abolish all paramilitary forces not answerable to the One People.
Disband Blackwater, aka Xe, aka The Craft, aka Academi; get those guys jobs rounding up Cabal members.
Abolish Homeland Security, FEMA, all national Intelligency/Surveillance agencies, NSA, CIA, FBI, etc.
Abolish espionage. All will be transparent.
4) Dismantle the surveillance apparatus aimed at ordinary citizens.
Repeal the Patriot Act, the Espionage Act, and any other legislation authorizing unlawful mass surveillance and unwarranted searches and seizures.
Unplug “back doors” from all telecommunications corporations that run straight to the NSA data bank in Utah.
Implement the VEXS protocol across the entire internet.
Implement decentralized servers all over the planet.
Remove surveillance cameras from traffic stops, shopping malls, and other public places.
5) End arbitrary detention of free people.
Abolish the TSA.
Free political prisoners.
6) Demand that government/corporate infiltrators of citizen groups and political organizations be named and revealed so that those groups can purge infiltrating agents and go forward without interference from outside sources.
7) End persecution of political and other movement leaders.
Free Mumia Abu Jamal, Leonard Peltier,and other political prisoners.
Free Julian Assange, Bradley Manning, and other whistleblowers.
Free Josh Hammond and other hacktivists.
Release people from psychiatric hospitals who are not actually crazy. Stop forced medication where not medically necessary.
End “most wanted” status for specified political targets.
8) Liberate all television stations, cable stations, radio stations, newspapers, magazines, and all other mainstream media outlets from Cabal control.
Broadcast announcements about the foreclosures and end of Cabal control over every media outlet all around the planet.
Abolish all restrictions on free speech, free thought, freedom of assembly, and free expression of religion.
No more “free speech zones”. No more permits required for parades or protests or town gatherings.
9) Welcome criticism and dissent as valuable points of view to be considered in discussion of how the One People want to create our new governments.
10) Abolish all military dictatorships, financial dictatorships, and other corrupted governments.
Repeal the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF).
Repeal the Indefinite Detention provisions of the NDAA.
Push back against the Rise of the Warrior-Cop.
Part of establishing martial law is disarming the people, so it is rather important that people are armed to protect themselves against their government at least until that is no longer necessary. See below for info on Oath Keepers and citizen militias.
