Prosecutor’s Office of The ICLCJ ~ April 10, 2014 Bulletin
The common law trial in absentia of the three top officials of the Vatican and the Church of England – Jorge Bergoglio, Adolfo Pachon and Justin Welby – began last Monday, April 7 with the opening arguments of the Citizen Prosecutor.  The Court convened in closed session under tight security, presided by five Magistrates and a complete Court room staff, along with twenty seven sworn Jury members.  The Prosecution’s evidence falls into three categories:  Institutional Genocide, Child Sacrifice and Ritual Killing, and Child Trafficking.  Each of these will be addressed by the witnesses and corroborating material.

In the Matter of the People v. Bergoglio, Pachon, Welby and others charged with global child trafficking and ritual murder: the Citizen Prosecutor’s Office presented evidence directly linking all three chief defendants with the planning and execution of child trafficking networks within the Roman Catholic and Anglican churches, and with the practice and concealment of the ritual rape, torture and killing of children. Along with considerable documentation, the Prosecutor introduced notarized affidavit statements from eight eyewitnesses to these crimes, including videotaped interviews with two adolescent women who claim to have been tortured and raped by chief defendant Jorge Bergoglio, alias “Pope Francis”, during the spring of 2009 and 2010, at horrific cult functions connected to the “Ninth Circle” child sacrifice network.

 

Easter Proclamation Abolishes Papacy
An Easter Proclamation issued on April 20, 2014, legally and spiritually disestablished the Vatican and the Roman Catholic Church, under the laws of heaven and earth.  It was issued jointly by The International Common Law Court of Justice and The Covenant of Free Congregational Christians (The Covenanters).  The Proclamation was made in Rome, London, Maastricht and dozens of other centers, and was read by Rev. Annulment Order against the Church of Rome and England
The Easter Maastricht Proclamation of the Court that nullified the laws and authority of the Church of Rome and its corporate subsidiaries will be actively enforced by duly sworn and trained Common Law Officers commencing in the first week of July, 2014.

Ninth Circle Child Sacrificial Cult Members Identified to ICLCJ
The International Common Law Court’s case against Pope Francis and others revealed today the identity of members of the Ninth Circle child sacrificial cult, as well as the location and dates of their murderous rituals.  In response, a call for Special Deputies to stop the Ninth Circle and arrest its members has been issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Court.  Posted 14 May, 2014.

 

Jesuit Head Adolfo Pachon Resigns From Top Vatican Office
Amidst rumours that Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, may step down from his office because of his public prosecution for child trafficking and murder, one of his fellow defendants has just done so.  Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Nicolas Pachon announced suddenly this week that he will resign from his office at the next General Congress of the Jesuits.  Pachon is the third top Vatican official to resign while in office after being prosecuted by the ICLCJ for crimes against humanity.  Former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, abdicated on February 11, 2013, barely two weeks before the ICLCJ jury found him guilty of complicity in child trafficking and murder.  Another primary defendant in the same case, Vatican Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone, also resigned after the verdict.
